Although it was written to help firefighters lower their cholesterol level, lose weight, and improve their overall health, anyone can benefit from this book. After all, firemen are humans too. 

The author’s approach to wellness and weight loss is amazing. His simple, easy to read and engaging writing style will definitely make it easy for readers new to fitness and dieting, to understand how weight loss works, and how they can improve their health without stressing out. The four-week program unveiled in the book is comprehensive, easy to follow and backed by research and science. If you can follow the four -week program, you can be confident of getting jaw-dropping results. The reason for this is that the program has worked for a lot of people, including the firemen in Austin, Texas. In fact, it was able to help one fireman reduce his cholesterol level from 344 to 196. Even more, some of the firemen in Austin who followed the program lost at least 20 lbs in just four weeks. 

Rip Esselstyn, the author of this life-changing book, was born in New York and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He studied at the University of Texas, Austin, and it was there he became a professional swimmer. After graduation, he spent 10 years as a professional triathlete. In 1997, Rip joined the Austin fire department. He tactically introduced his passion for plant-based diets and whole food to his crew at the firehouse. His goal was to help them improve the quality of their lives.

After serving with the Austin firefighters for 12 years, he hanged his boot and followed his passion. He dived into the whole food market and became one of their healthy eating advocates. He is passionate about raising awareness of the benefit of eating a plant-based diet. Over the years, he has appeared on different T.V and radio shows to help people understand the link between a plant-based diet and good health.

 This is an amazing book that is loaded with easy to follow instructions on how to lose weight and become healthier. It is specifically designed for anyone who wants to improve his or her health, lose those excess pounds, and improve their general health without stressing themselves out.

Rip, the illustrious author of this potentially life-changing book, did a marvelous job in outlining his researched backed plan that can transform the lifestyle and body of anyone in just 30 days.

The book unveils the connection between plant-based diets and good health. As you read it, you will come across dozens of mouth-watering recipes that anyone can follow. The book also contains pantry stocking tips that will go a long way in helping readers reduce cravings. 

The diet plan and exercise program in this book are effective and will definitely help readers boost their metabolism and burn fat quicker.
